Workers’ Comp Appeal Attorney Needed

My workers’ compensation claim was denied and the clock is ticking on the appeal deadline. I already have every medical record, claim form, denial letter, and doctor’s report neatly organized; what I need now is a seasoned attorney to transform that evidence into a persuasive appeal and get it filed correctly.

Here’s the scope as I see it:

• Review the complete file I will provide immediately after engagement
• Identify the strongest grounds for overturning the insurer’s denial under our state’s workers’ comp statute
• Draft and file the formal appeal (with all required exhibits) before the statutory cut-off
