Workers’ Comp Appeal Attorney Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My workers’ compensation claim was denied and the clock is ticking on the appeal deadline. I already have every medical record, claim form, denial letter, and doctor’s report neatly organized; what I need now is a seasoned attorney to transform that evidence into a persuasive appeal and get it filed correctly.
Here’s the scope as I see it:
• Review the complete file I will provide immediately after engagement
• Identify the strongest grounds for overturning the insurer’s denial under our state’s workers’ comp statute
• Draft and file the formal appeal (with all required exhibits) before the statutory cut-off
• Advise me along the way on any supplemental statements, affidavits, or IME requests the carrier might raise
If further representation at hearings becomes necessary, we can discuss that once the appeal is safely on record; for the moment, the filing itself is the priority.
Please let me know your experience with workers’ comp appeals, your estimated turnaround from document review to submission, and any specific state-level requirements you will need me to address.
