i need an attorney lawyer for an simple project

I am making a request to register a logo at the USPTO and since I am not a resident of the United States, I need an American lawyer for that request because on the last page they ask to fill in the details of an American lawyer, I would like to register the details of an American lawyer in order for my patent registration application to go through (It stuck me on the last page of the USPTO website)
