Virtual assistent for research on legal services in Vietnam
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m in need of a Virtual Assistant (VA), proficient in corporate law, English and General Research who can conduct in-depth research for Legal companies in Vietnam that can offer corporate law, specifically focusing on foreign Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) activity for Vietnam.
Your tasks will include:
-Gathering information about legal companies in Vietnam that are working with VASP companies ( both in Vietnam and foreign companies)
-Create a list of companies that offer such services and contact them for clarifications , check of their expertise and costs of the services in legal area ( legal research, legal opinion, outline the necessary steps for VASP in order to be able to offer services from another country)
-Understanding corporate law in Vietnam's context
-Preparing digestible and comprehensive reports
Ideal candidates should:
-Have significant knowledge of corporate law, preferably in Vietnam
-Be highly efficient in research skills
-Be proficient in writing and breaking down complex subjects
-Possess strong communication skills in English
Experience in researching for virtual asset service providers would be an added advantage but is not compulsory.
The final list must include all the details of the legal company researched, contact person, history of similar services provided , portfolio , email contact, phone contact.
