I am looking for an experienced attorney in Vietnam to assist with the specific legal services for a VASP services in Vietnam (Virtual Asset Service Provider) that's a foreign entity. This will involve tasks related to AML and legal requirements for service Vietnam customers from other country without company formation in Vietnam.
Ideal qualifications:
- Expertise in legal research ( VASP )
- Proven experience consulting foreign entities, preferably VASPs.
- Clear knowhow and pathway for foreign VASP servicing
