Video Game Harassment Legal Consultation

We are seeking an experienced Video Game Discrimination Lawyer to represent our video game company in a matter related to discrimination claims. The ideal candidate should have expertise in video game law, employment law, civil rights law, and digital platform policies to address legal challenges involving potential bias, unfair treatment, or policy violations affecting our employees, players, or game content.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and provide legal counsel on discrimination-related claims involving our video game platform.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.
Ensure compliance with anti-discrimination laws, platform policies, and industry regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, company policies, and terms of service related to discrimination prevention.
Advise on content moderation, online community guidelines, and fair gameplay practices.
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney with expertise in video game law, employment law, and/or civil rights law.
Experience handling discrimination cases in digital platforms, gaming communities, or workplace environments.
Strong understanding of US anti-discrimination laws (EEOC, ADA, Civil Rights Act, etc.), platform policies, and industry best practices.
Prior experience advising gaming companies, tech startups, or digital platforms is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, litigation, and compliance advisory skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of gaming industry regulations, community guidelines, and online dispute resolution.
Familiarity with AI moderation, game content policies, and esports legal frameworks.
Strong communication and ability to work with developers, moderators, and legal teams.
