Victimisation letter of grievance

I am looking for assistance in creating a victimisation letter of grievance, as I have experienced unjust harassment,. I have not already reported this issue to a supervisor or HR representative, and I do not have any supporting documentation or evidence. I need someone who has experience with writing legal documents, and who can help me build a strong and comprehensive case in my letter of grievance.
