VIETNAMESE: legal law and contract

I am looking for a freelancer with expertise in Vietnamese employment law to assist me with drafting legal documents from scratch. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in Vietnamese employment law and be able to provide accurate and thorough legal advice and guidance.

Specific requirements for the project include:

- Drafting employment contracts, employee handbooks, and other relevant legal documents in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws
- Ensuring that the legal documents are comprehensive, clear, and legally binding
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to understand and incorporate relevant legal provisions and regulations
- Providing recommendations and suggestions for any necessary revisions or additions to ensure compliance with Vietnamese employment law

Skills and experience required:

- Expertise in Vietnamese employment law and thorough understanding of the legal framework and regulations
- Proven experience in drafting employment contracts and other relevant legal documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in Vietnamese, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner

Please note that the legal documents will need to be drafted in Vietnamese only. Fluency in English is not required for this project.
