Utility token legal opinion letter for a new project preparing to launch an initial public crowdsale. Functionally, our token will work as an entry point into our ecosystem to interact with our partners' tokens, which themselves will be rewards points, in-game premium points, etc.
We would like you to review our site, litepaper, etc and then provide us with a legal opinion letter stating ours is a utility token. We would also prefer a US based attorney, but may be open to considering other options. Prospective attorney must be proficient with cryptocurrencies, blockchains, and relevant laws of this industry.
If you do not agree with our assessment of our token being a utility token, I'm fairly certain this project can be cancelled and we will look for another freelancer - no hard feelings on our end.
