I am seeking an experienced Georgia paralegal familiar with Cobb County civil court procedures to assist in preparing and finalizing an initial petition for filing. (cover letter serving ready etc )

Case Summary:
My client intends to file an initial petition regarding the alleged illegal sale of her property. The petition will name all parties involved in the sale and request that the court redeem the property back to her due to potential fraud. A case has not yet been filed.

Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare the initial petition according to Georgia law and Cobb County civil filing requirements.
Ensure all formatting and compliance meet county court standards.
Finalize and return the petition ready for filing.
Provide step-by-step filing procedures specific to Cobb County.
Communicate effectively and deliver all work by Wednesday, the 31st.
Requirements:

experience as a paralegal in Georgia (civil litigation, property law, or fraud-related filings preferred).
Knowledge of Cobb County civil filing procedures.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under a tight deadline.
Attention to detail and clear communication skills.
Dead line is tight and a must be complete by 12/31/25
