Unpaid wages TX

I want someone to send a demand letter on my behalf for unpaid wages. I figured if I paid a lawyer to do it it might seem a little more demanding and show I mean business. I have not been paid for the time that I worked the first through the 15th which was supposed to be paid on the 25th of April. I also should be paid for the few days I worked after the pay period. I haven't been paid for yet which would have been the 16th through the 20th. The 20th of April was my last day on both pay periods. I also have gas receipts that are unpaid as well as office material and supplies that or listed as expenses and for which I always get paid the following payday. I submit them with my payroll. They now owe me a little bit over $5,000 that would say now off the top of my head.
