Unpaid Salary: Legal Assistance in Dubai

I'm seeking a legal professional with significant experience in employment law in Dubai, particularly within the aviation sector. The primary task is to assist me in claiming my father's unpaid salary from his previous employer.
Key requirements:

- Comfortable working without prior informal resolution attempts
My Father worked in an Aviation company in Dubai for a little over a year till 2018. He had to quit because the company was not able to pay his salary and due to my dad's health conditions he couldn't continue to work without pay so he resigned and left Sharjah after handing his case to a lawyer/law firm for the repayment of his dues. Shortly after returning to India he passed away during covid. When I started looking into this (I have most of the necessary documents), I found that the law firm he had handed his case to was no more, probably shut during or after covid. Can someone help regarding what can i do sitting in India to recover his hard earned money? The company he worked for is still operational but no one responds to mails or calls.
