Unfair Dismissal Tribunal Representation
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I'm seeking an employment law specialist to represent me at an employment tribunal for an unfair dismissal claim. The tribunal date is already set.
Key Requirements:
- Legal representation at the tribunal
- Experience with unfair dismissal cases
- Familiarity with employment law and tribunal procedures
- Ability to review and work with some existing documents (more documentation to follow upon response from SAR)
- Case centres on unfair dismissal through a pooled redundancy process, to which, I contend that the process followed by my employer was procedurally unfair, inconsistent, and predetermined, and that I was unfairly disadvantaged during the selection process.

- Strong strategic legal thinking
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
