Unfair Business Practices Legal Support

I require assistance with a consumer protection issue specifically concerning unfair business practices. I'm dealing with a dispute relating to deceptive practices, and need legal advice to solve my predicament.

I was a victim of a cybercrime incident on 30/11/2023.
The hacker, was able to log in to Coinbase's online portal on my account, liquidated my assets there, and withdrew the euro balances to a Revolut debit card in my name. So there is also identity fraud, because I am not a customer of Revolut. Meanwhile, Revolut has also confirmed it found no debit cards in my name, while Coinbase claims the hacker may have taken it to a "Revolut Limited" debit card in my name.
It concerns 40k euros.
After weeks of trying to get in touch with both Coinbase (California) and Revolut (UK, but also has a Dutch branch), I cannot get past the 1st support line.
Police report was drawn up on 11/30, but nothing further has been heard.
I have filed complaints against both multinationals on all sides, but so far no success.
I have also found several security flaws in the stock platform, but when I address these I do not get a useful answer.
Both Coinbase and Revolut refer me to the police/lawyer, with whom they would cooperate.
