I need a legal expert to assist in creating a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that is compliant with the laws in UAE. This NDA is intended to protect financial data, technical design files, client contacts and other sensitive information and mitigate risks associated with unauthorized data disclosure.
• The NDA will be between our company and individuals (employees, freelancer) who need to share confidential data.
• The primary purpose of this document will be to keep sensitive information, commercial details and the results of architecture and design work under wraps and foster trust by ensuring info-security.
