US Trademark Attorney Needed for USPTO Filings
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I need an experienced US trademark attorney to assist with two trademark filings with the USPTO which have provisional refusals. The two marks are related, the difference being I filed the 1st with two distinct words and the 2nd as a compound word eg, not the actual words, dog house and doghouse.
Both filings/marks require:
- correspondence email address
- local US attorney
- identification change.
The 1st filing also requires a disclaimer.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in trademark law and USPTO procedures
- Experience in drafting trademark response letters
- Ability to articulate complex legal arguments in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Representation by a US-licensed attorney to respond / appeal as I am domiciled outside of the US
