Timber Lane project

Two ex-partners purchased property 6yrs ago, partner 1 (majority member) facilities mortgage, insurance, construction cost of property, partner 2 pay for some materials at first then stops 4 yrs ago. No construction labor, taxes, mortgages, materials. We are looking to make a timeline from time partner 2 Failed to participate and service mortgage balance due that left left partner 1 paying of their portion and continuing the build.
