Tenant Representation for Eviction Hearing
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I require legal representation for a Tenant at the Landlord and Tenant Board. The case involves an eviction notice dispute.
- The freelancer will need to represent the tenant at the hearings.
- Previous experience with the Landlord and Tenant Board is essential.
- Legal qualifications and expertise in landlord-tenant disputes are required especially in Sections 21-23, 25-27.
-An T2 was filed in November 2024 and still awaiting a hearing date
-Must be in Ontario, Canada
