Template for "Letter of Lien"

I have a customer who is asking for a letter of lien to be supplied to him. This is in exchange of me supplying some goods. I need assistance in drafting this and can give the freelancer more background around what's happening. Looking for someone with legal background who can work off an existing template from the web and modify to suit me.
