Budget: $25 – $50 USD
As a growing tech startup in the U.S. with an expanding presence in France, we need a U.S. attorney who specializes in the technology sector. Your main responsibility would involve crafting a meticulous Terms of Use among other legal documents, alongside a Privacy Policy and Intellectual Property Protection for our API.
Key qualifications/skills include:
- Extensive knowledge in U.S. and French law (as we serve clients in both regions)
- Previous experience in drafting Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, and Intellectual Property Protection in the tech industry
- Understanding of API-related legal matters, especially relating to Data Integration, User Authentication, and Data Privacy and Security
Our API's primary functionalities include:
- Data integration: it connects disparate systems together.
- User authentication: it verifies user identities and controls access.
- Data privacy and security: it safeguards sensitive user and business information.
The successful candidate should have a demonstrable understanding of these functions and how to address relative legal issues. This is pivotal as our operation will be primarily based in the United States.
