Team building presentation

I need to give a presentation on how to build a team. I am a 20+ year qualified lawyer and I need to present to a legal team in another company as to how to effectively build a team and culture. I have been part of professional and sporting teams and have built a team over the last 4 years which I was awarded for. I would like to draw on successful and unsuccessful examples from the professional and sporting world.
