I have registered trademark for registered company in UK. I just noticed another well known brand in UK has launched their range using my registered TM/company name. The only difference is that they used numbers i.e. "10" whereas my registered TM is in words i.e. "TEN". I have checked on UK.GOV TM search and it shows my company registered for that numeric word "10" as well. Need expert opinion that am i in a position to file a case against that company and that what other options do I have.
