Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a NSW-admitted solicitor to take my unpaid-debt matter against an individual through the Local Court’s Small Claims division in Sydney. The debt is clear, documented, and falls well within the current monetary limit, but I want the entire process—drafting, lodgement, service, negotiations, and (if required) the hearing—run professionally so it closes fast and on the best possible terms.
Here is what I expect:
• Initial review of my evidence (invoice, emails, and payment reminders) and advice on prospects.
• Preparation and electronic filing of the statement of claim in the correct registry.
• Proper service on the defendant and management of any ensuing correspondence or settlement offers.
