In need of an astute individual well-versed in criminal law to assist with a case involving assault and battery. The main tasks are:
- Researching national case law relevant to the case
- Analyzing precedents that could influence our strategy
It's critical to have experience in Swedish criminal law, and a proven ability to research and analyze case laws and precedents. Being well-knowledgeable about Swedish national jurisdiction will be a significant advantage.

The German attorney needs case law regarding and in accordance with Chapter 59, Section 1, first point of the Code of Judicial Procedure (1942:740): Gross miscarriage of justice, for an appeal to the Swedish court.
