Suing a fintech company for allowing a hack and crypto theft happen

a major theft happened ,
8k usd worth of cryptos was stolen from my wallet,(wallet managed and owned by a third party ) fintech company who's name i cant reveal here
everything been whiped out despite 3 strong security in place ( email,password and passcode )
this ledger is responsible for this theft to occur and occur that easily, my investment was a sitting duck in their hands
do i have a case?
