Student Loan Adversary Filing

Job ID: 40313106

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I’m ready to pursue a student-loan discharge through bankruptcy and now need a professional who can handle the complete filing process for the adversary proceeding, start to finish. That includes preparing the complaint, formatting it to meet the court’s local rules, opening the AP on the CM/ECF system, serving all required parties, and tracking deadlines until the summons is returned filed.

Because I don’t yet have a full evidence package, I’ll also need guidance on gathering every supporting record—the original promissory notes, full payment history, prior forbearance or deferment paperwork, and any correspondence that helps establish undue hardship. If additional lender or servicer documents are required, please outline what to request and draft the letters or subpoenas so I can obtain them quickly.

Deliverables
• Court-ready adversary complaint (Word + PDF)
• Filed docket entries and proof of service
• Checklist of all exhibits with clear sourcing instructions
• Timeline of next procedural steps so I stay compliant

Experience with student-loan adversary proceedings, CM/ECF filing, and local bankruptcy rules is essential. Let me know your estimated turnaround once you have the basic facts from me and how you typically structure communications during the case.
