I’m ready to pursue a student-loan discharge through bankruptcy and now need a professional who can handle the complete filing process for the adversary proceeding, start to finish. That includes preparing the complaint, formatting it to meet the court’s local rules, opening the AP on the CM/ECF system, serving all required parties, and tracking deadlines until the summons is returned filed.
Because I don’t yet have a full evidence package, I’ll also need guidance on gathering every supporting record—the original promissory notes, full payment history, prior forbearance or deferment paperwork, and any correspondence that helps establish undue hardship.
