Start-Up Lawyer for SAFE and Shareholder Agreement

Currently raising a Pre-Seed round and need a lawyer to prepare documents for a SAFE investment round using the Y combinator SAFE agreement. Need all the documents prepared for the investors in the round. Applicant needs to have experience with Post-Money Valuation Cap negotiations and all of the calculations needed for the cap table.
Also have a new cofounder that needs to be issued shares of common stock in the company on a vesting schedule.
Looking to close the round July 15th.
