Solictor needed to draw up contract for Equity buy in business -- 2

I am looking for an experienced solicitor to draw up a contract for a 30% equity buy in of my business. I have very simple terms that need to be included in the contract.. The ideal solicitor should have extensive knowledge of company and commercial law when it comes to drawing up contracts. They should be able to provide comprehensive legal advice relevant to the equity buy in transaction. Additionally, they should have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be able to keep information confidential. All potential candidates are expected to provide a detailed account of their experience and references in order to be considered.
