UK Solicitor for Redundancy Settlement Review
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I require a qualified solicitor in the UK to review and sign my redundancy Settlement Agreement.
The employer has stated:
"You would need to take legal advice on the terms and effect of the Settlement Agreement in order for it to be valid and binding. If you are interested in the severance package then you would need to arrange to see a lawyer to advise you on the Agreement and return a signed copy, together with your solicitor’s certificate."
Scope of Work:
Review the redundancy Settlement Agreement.
Provide independent legal advice on the terms, implications, and effect of the Agreement.
Confirm understanding and suitability of the terms.
Sign the solicitor’s certificate required by the employer.
Requirements:
Must be a qualified solicitor in the UK with experience in employment law and Settlement Agreements.
Ability to provide the certificate required for the employer.
Availability to review and complete within a short timeframe (preferably by Friday 3rd October 2025).
