UK Solicitor Only: Employer Settlement Negotiation & Legal Letter Drafting
Budget: £100 – £250 GBP
UK-BASED FREELANCERS ONLY. Please do not bid if you are not based in the UK. I will not consider non-UK applicants.
Need a UK solicitor to review employment-related documents and draft a formal letter to my employer asserting my legal position as strongly as possible. The aim is to negotiate an improved settlement offer currently on the table.
I require:
A review of key documents relating to a formal grievance, grievance appeal, occupational health reports, flexible working request, reasonable adustments, victimisation, and ACAS without prejudiceetc settlement.
A professional legal letter addressed to my employer (copying in ACAS and myself), setting out the arguments clearly, particularly around any disability discrimination, potential redundacy (based on location) and failure to make reasonable adjustments, victimisation etc.
Summary advice on the strength of my legal position based on the information provided.
I will supply:
A full timeline of events
Relevant supporting documents (grievance letters, outcome letters, flexible working decision, OH reports, ACAS correspondence etc)
This letter must be ready and sent to my employer, copying ACAS and myself by 10am (UK time) on Monday 28th April 2025.
