UK Solicitor Certified Resolution

I have a signed board resolution for a UK-registered company that must be professionally certified by a practising UK solicitor before I submit it to the FCDO for an e-apostille.

Here is what I need from you:
• Receive the resolution from me in PDF format and confirm its completeness.
• Apply a standard solicitor’s certification on your firm’s letterhead, including your full name, signature, firm address and SRA number, plus the date.
• Stamp or emboss if that is your normal practice so the FCDO will recognise the certification.
• Scan the certified document at high resolution and return the final, password-free PDF to me. No physical mailing is required; a digital copy is all I need.

Acceptance criteria
• All solicitor details clearly visible and match the SRA register.
• Every page carries either the certification wording or a clear reference to it.
• The PDF is legible, under 5 MB, and ready for the FCDO’s e-apostille portal.
