Small Claims Court Assistance Needed
Budget: $10 – $90 AUD
I'm in Sydney and need a lawyer or experienced professional to assist with my Small Claims Court case. I have all necessary documentation ready but need help with the following:
- Filling out and submitting my Statement of Claim, Defence Form, and Notice of Motion.
- Providing legal advice on these forms.
Ideal candidates are those with prior experience with Small Claims Court in Sydney, and who have a strong legal background.
Briefly:
I won small claims court recently and got Default judgment.
As i won i start using Court Enforcements.
The moment the first Bank Garnishee happened the defendant wakeup and filed motion to set aside default judgment.
I need someone who can defend either on my behalf or use my Online Registry Portal to fill forms and send. Keep in mind i did most of them on my own. Every thing is ready and just need proper lawyers language and how to present or say in court.
