Slander Consultation and Defamation Guidance
Budget: $10 – $2,500 USD
I'm in need of a seasoned lawyer with expertise in defamation law, specifically slander, to provide legal consultation and advice. I also require assistance in understanding whether I should pursue or defend a potential libel claim.
The location is in dayton, rn, but the better lawyers without a conflict are in or near Chattanooga, tn please, as they must be able to practice law. Sorry for that particular inconvenience, however i have no choice .

How can I obtain denied legal records from RC3 gym amidst potential local conflicts of interest? The freedom of information act and records request were denied. Told they didnt exist and they didnt have them, dispatch said they dont have the audio at the time and no back up, police chief same issue. Sent foia, and conflict of interests, still dont care, taking time to answer back, as well as his records secretary who is in charge of the records at the police department
I was a member of RC3, a non-profit gym, where I faced several issues including inappropriate behavior by gym staff and insufficient management response. After being banned from RC3 and another gym based on allegations of threatening behavior—which I dispute—I sought to obtain dispatch records and body cam footage of an incident. Despite my requests to dispatch, city hall, and the police department—including speaking with the police chief—all requests have been denied.
There is a potential conflict of interest, as a city hall employee shares the same last name as an RC3 employee involved in this matter. This city hall employee is depicted in photos associated with RC3 activities, raising concerns about impartiality in handling my requests. Despite these concerns being labeled "absurd" by city officials, I believe there may be biases affecting this case. How do I proceed legally to obtain the denied records and address this potential conflict of interest to clear my name?
The fact of the matyer is i went to ask for help at the local community center, my dog was killed and needed , need help finding out why, and how, instead of getting help a person not even present calls the police, and states all this terribe disparaging remarks, and calls the police on me unbeknownst to me at the time, interactions btwn me and thos person, happened before, including yawning in my face when telling a quick story about a pray request for a local man with cancer. As well as picking up cigarettes butts and not throwing them in front of children...... so ... i need help. She knows alot of the people around here and is abusing her status, instead of helping she is inhibiting the community, with her projoratives. And trying to swarm comvat veterans with armed police officers......
