Single-Member LLC Setup Assistance

I'm currently pursuing the goal of establishing a Single-member LLC and need an experienced candidate to guide me through the process. The requirements include:
-Expertise in LLC Setup: The freelancer should be familiar with the entire process from beginning to end and be able to set up a Single-member LLC.
-Operating Agreement Assistance: Key to this project is developing an Operating Agreement for this LLC-type. I need someone who can advise on specific terms and guidelines based on my unique business needs.
-Understanding Contractor Relationships: I'm not planning to hire employees but I do have contractors. Ideally, the freelancer should have knowledge about managing contractor relations in the context of a Single-member LLC.
