Singh v County court

in a possession matter...the county court have failed to follow Due process of law and the court manager has acted in malfeasance in public office.
We wish to hire a paralegal to draft a N244 with strong case law and have the matter stuck out with application to the High court.
Paralegal will be acting under Our directions.
