Your main focus will be:
• Preparing any remaining documents required by the court or the sheriff’s office, ensuring every form, affidavit, and notice is accurate and filed on time.
• Liaising directly with the sheriff’s office—confirming dates, submitting paperwork, paying applicable fees, and staying on top of any last-minute requirements or changes.

I do not need assistance with party notifications, but clear updates from you at each milestone are essential. If you also offer on-site auction support, feel free to mention it; my immediate priority, however, is flawless documentation and smooth coordination up to the sale date.
