Shareholder Agreement for New Micro Project in India
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like someone with expertise in Indian law to set up the a shareholder agreements that serve both parties rights. This is a startup manufacturing in project India. The tricky part of this agreement is how to save my capital as "foreign investor" from any kind of inappropriate actions taking in consideration the startup capital will be directed to the second party as a loan guaranteed by identified percentage in his business and converted to certain shared if business is started up successfully.
