Setting up JV company in Saudi Arabia - Legal Documents required by Saudi Embassy in London

Hi, Can somebody help me out here. I have a business in the UK and am going into business as a JV with a Saudi based company as a director of a new company to be formed in Saudi. I have been advised that I need to do the following.
1- Relevant company documents and a POA (already completed) should be attested
2- An Apostille will be applied by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) to prove the authenticity of the documents.
3- those papers should be then submitted through an agency in London to get the Saudi Embassy SEAL.
