Set up a Discretionary Trust -- 2

I'm looking for assistance to set up a Discretionary Trust specifically designed for a disabled individual. The main goal is to ensure that the disabled person can keep their entitlements and benefits where they have a small inheritance due.

The trust needs to be bulletproof in case the entltlement agencies choose to challenge it.

You will know all about trusts, have experience in setting up a trust and know benefit law (UK Law relating) etc.
