Set up 501c3

I am looking for an experienced Freelancer to help me set up my 501c3 organization. My organization will be a charitable organization and I have already prepared the Articles of Incorporation. I have a specific state that I would like to register the 501c3 in, and I am looking for someone knowledgeable who is capable of helping me navigate the legal requirements of the process.
