Service Agreement Legal Compliance Review

In need of a paralegal/legal aid based in the US to review corporate service agreements with a focus on legal compliance, specifically examining payment terms and conditions, scope of services, termination clauses, NDA's, etc... The ideal freelancer for this project should have a strong background in contract law, particularly in service agreements. We are looking for a single dedicated person to hire on an as needed basis for the company who will become familiarized with our business and is ready to help on a continuous basis, knowledge in employment law is a plus.
