I am the borrower of a $20,000 loan from a private lender in France. We have the loan documents including loan agreement with all terms and conditions. We have the loan insurance documents.. The total loan cost to us is $1,590 USD.
We have decided to move forward and close this loan. We want to pay the lender the $1,590 for tax declaration and loan insurance. We do not want to pay him directly so we have agreed that we find a fiduciary agent, lawyer, escrow agent, loan closing agent, loan broker, etc in France who can pay for us. We will send and deposit the $1,590 with you. You will show and confirm to the lender that you have received the $1,590 from us. Once the lender confirms that we have paid the $1,590 to you he will transfer the $20,000 loan to our bank in Canada.. Once we receive the loan we will instruct you to send the $1,590 to the lender.
