As our Indian Licensed Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and services to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
Offering legal counsel on various business matters, contracts, and agreements.
Conducting legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts and legal documents.
Representing clients in legal proceedings, if necessary.
Providing guidance on intellectual property rights, licensing, and other related issues.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance across the organization.
Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Active and in good standing Indian membership and license.
Minimum of [2] years of experience practicing law with a focus on business and commercial matters.
Strong understanding of California business laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
