Seeking Business Lawyer for Ownership Transfer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced business lawyer to assist me in transferring a 15% ownership stake in my start-up to a colleague to help get the business off the ground. The business is a corporation called StreetSpring, and I currently have 100% ownership.
I’ll need you to:
Create necessary documentation for the ownership transfer and any other necessary legal paperwork
Describe the next steps for completing the transfer
Callout anything I should be aware of, as far as risks
