Securities Lawyer for Startup Fundraising

I am seeking a lawyer with expertise in Securities law to assist with fundraising for my startup, which is currently in the development stage. The ideal candidate should have experience in Preference Equity fundraising.
Key requirements include:
- Providing legal advice on Preference Equity fundraising process and regulations
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to fundraising
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Securities law, particularly with Preference Equity fundraising
- Strong knowledge of startup fundraising process
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with startup companies is a plus.
