Satellite EMS Education Location Agreement - Michigan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
This project is open to US citizens only, with proof of a degree in Law, or other equivalent or appropriate education from an accredited higher education institution in the United States. Proposals that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
CPR and Aquatics Community Education Consortium LLC is seeking a freelancer to help create a location agreement for an EMS Education satellite location in Michigan. The purpose of the agreement is to outline the responsibilities of both parties involved, financial responsibilities of parties involved. While we do not have a specific template or format to follow, we do have some guidelines that need to be followed. We are seeking project completion within 1 to 2 weeks from the date the project is awarded.
The primary location and the satellite location are both located in Michigan.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience in creating legal agreements and contracts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately outline responsibilities
- Familiarity with partnership/satellite location agreements and terms and conditions
- Excellent communication skills to ensure all guidelines are followed and client's requirements are met.
