UK / SPAIN TAX ADVICE

I have a limited company in UK and plan on lending my start up Spanish Limited company to get it off the ground.

I also plan on purchasing investment property in Spain in the name of the new Spanish company.

Can anyone advise on the tax implications, and any associated information regarding the most cost effective ways of negotiating Spanish laws.
