Busco un abogado o jurista residente en la UE con experiencia en regulación cripto, especialmente en el Reglamento MiCA (UE), para revisar un documento explicativo de 1 página (Word ya redactado) sobre un proyecto Web3 de tipo launchpad descentralizado.
OBJETIVO:
Validar de forma profesional si el modelo descrito está o no sujeto al cumplimiento del
Reglamento MiCA y si puede operar legalmente como herramienta técnica sin necesidad
de registro como proveedor de servicios de criptoactivos.
DOCUMENTO:
● El documento ya está redactado y resume el modelo técnico de la plataforma
(creación de tokens auto custodiados por los usuarios).
● Se incluye información sobre cobro de tarifas técnicas y cláusula de exoneración
legal.
REQUISITOS:
● Experiencia previa demostrable en derecho blockchain o asesoría a proyectos cripto.
● Familiaridad con la normativa MiCA (Reglamento UE 2023/1114).
