Review Underwriting Report(s) by Expert Witnesses for the Court -- 2

To review AXA Underwriting Expert Report submitted to the KB Court and tell the Court what you agree with and dont agree with. Keoghs would like you to directly converse with their Underwriter for the Court. As per the recent report for it submitted to the court on my behalf. The AXA Underwriter Report is to be reviewed and the KB Court updated with what things are agreed by both Experts and what things are not agreed. This is standard UK Court practice to save time and cost when the formal hearing is eventually held later on. It is believed to be a very easy process. Discussions can be done by email and / or telephone. Identify issues which are and are not agreed between both Experts on the 2 submitted Expert Witness Reports.

Please note that a Legal Qualification and / or an Insurance Underwriting Qualification as an Expert would strengthen your Review for the UK High Court, which can be from any Jurisdiction around the world.
This is for the High Court in the UK (England) and the expert report writer will need to discuss with the other expert from AXA / Keoghs on what they agree to between my report and AXA and what they disagree on in Joint Report format for the Court to then review,
