Review and Sign legal opinion UK Qualified solicitor
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a client for whom we prepared the legal opinion in accordance with UK laws. (regarding his nature of the token and compliance with FCA) and we would like to have a UK - qualified solicitor review and sign it.
P.S. It is approximately 5-7 pages long and provides an analysis of which of the current FCA regulations could be applied to this particular token.
It's rather neutral, includes the description of the token, and highlights the "risk" factors that could lead to its qualification as security.
