I know a good bit about American contract law. I wrote this contract. I will provide it as both an MS Word *.doc and a LibreOffice *.odt file.

Please review it from an English law perspective and suggest edits.

Your work product is in the same file format
an MS Word *.doc file or a LibreOffice *.odt file ... that is completely editable using MS Word or LibreOffice - an all text file, such as Times Roman 12 point.

All rights belong to me; for all material that I supply to you and for all work-products that you provide to me. Please write 12 point in your response.
